81 Inscription for Final Judgement
After registration of default when the defendant has not opposed the action, the plaintiff may request final judgement.

82 Inscription for Interlocutory Judgement
An action ordering one to do or not to do something. However, because the delays involved can be prejudicial, the plaintiff can request immediate intervention by the Court.

Bankruptcies

AVIN Notice of Intention: The debtor files a notice of intention to make a proposal, including the name and address of the licensed trustee and the names of the creditors with claims amounting to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) or more.

CESS Voluntary Assignment: When the debtor considers himself insolvent and requests that he is so declared by the Bankruptcy Court.

CSOM Summary Assignment: Judgement rendered by the Court further to a voluntary assignment.

REQF Petition into Bankruptcy: The creditors consider the debtor insolvent and request that he is so declared by the Bankruptcy Court.

PROP Proposal: The debtor requests that the creditors accept a percentage of outstanding debts and be paid within a predetermined time frame. If accepted and respected the remaining balance is no longer owed.

SYND Trustee's Certificate of Appointment: Appointment of the trustee in the case of a voluntary assignment (bankruptcy).

Cash Flow Statement: Current financial situation of the debtor.

CCAA: Companies' creditors arrangment act.

Interim Receiver: The court may appoint a licensed trustee as interim receiver of the property of the debtor or of any part thereof following a petition of receiving order, a notice of intention or a proposal.

Petition for Receiving Order: One or more creditors may file in court a petition against a debtor.
